FIT KIDZ VOLUNTEER WINS OSCAR!
Volunteer Daniel Clarke won the award for Sports volunteer of the year at the annual Volunteer bureau awards ceremony last Thursday
Daniel, a student at Warrington Collegiate fully deserved this award as he is one of the most committee and reliable volunteers working for Fit Kidz

Basketball Players Wanted We are looking for players for our new Basketball team If your aged 7 years + and would like to join one of our teams come along to training Wednesdays 4pm at Bewsey Gym.

Fit Kidz provides free activities for young people that can help them achieve the recommended target of 60 minutes exercise per day
In addition we offer advice on diet and healthy lifestyles to help young people
fulfil their potential

Committee Members meet new patron!
Steve Deakin attended the Easter committee meeting and rugby tournament during the first week of the holiday period. Steve has committed to help out with fundraising for the group in the future and also assist with other matters as part of the committee
Fit Kidz would like to thank Steve for his efforts helping us out

YOF supports Fit Kidz!
Fit Kidz have been given funding for a community Basketball project that will see them run sessions at a local venue and help to qualify local volunteers on a coaching program.
In addition money will be used to buy a kit for the new Fit Kidz basketball team and to pay for new hoops and backboards at Bewsey gym
